First, make a solution of PP Booster & potassium permanganate (Solution % depends on the wash effect)

Thermocol balls are taken into the washing machine (Thermocol balls 1.0 % on the weight of the garment)
↓
Sprinkle the solution into the machine
↓
Run the machine for 5-10 min (To ensure all the balls get wetted completely)
↓
Load the garments into the machine and the washing process is carried out for 10-15
min at normal temperature
↓
Unload the garments from the machine
↓
Neutralization with Sodium metabisulfite (3 gm/L for 5 min at 45 degrees Celsius)
↓
Drain the bath
↓
Unload the garments on the trolley
↓
Hydro extracting
↓
Drying the garments (By tumble dryer for 20-30 min at 70’C temperature)
↓
Unload the Washed garments
