Textile Engineering college admission circular for 2020-21 has been published. Total of 840 seats available in 7 textile engineering colleges for the course B.Sc. in textile engineering admission 2020-21 academic year. Last year there were published Butex under 6 college circulars. Under the Bangladesh University of Textile BUTEX. But this year one more college has been established for enhancing textile learning. Each textile engineering college has 120 students per batch within 4 departments and each department contains 30 seats available. There is one Freedom Fighter quota (FFQ) seat and two tribal quotas (TRI) seats in each college.

- Candidates need to pass from science background SSC from any education board in 2017/2018 and Pass HSC from science background in 2019/2020.
- Needs grade point 3.50 each in respectively SSC and HSC exam.
- Must have to total GPA 15-point Physics, Chemistry, Higher Maths, and English in HSC and needs to contain minimum GPA of 3.00 in above subjects.
