1. Desizing :
M:L Ratio: 1:5
Desizing agent (pc 90) @ 2g/l
Lionel SR @ 1g/L
Steam supply 90º c
Processing time at 90º C- 15 min
Drop the liquor
Then again load water and wash for 5 mins at 60º c

2. Scouring and Bleaching:
Caustic Soda @ 12 %
H2O2 @ 6%
Stabilizer @ 3 %
Wetting agent @ 0.5%
Temp by steam 95 ºC
Processing time = 90 min
After that drop liquor and again load 500 liter water
Again raise temp. 60º C and add calgon- T @ 1g/L to clean for 5 minutes. Add acetic acid @ 2ml/L and continue treatment for 10 minutes.
L : R = 1 : 10
Salt @ 40%
Lubricant @ 1 g/L
Sequestering agent @ 1 ml/L
