Description

Interlock fleece fabric, also known as double-knit or brushed fleece. It is a dense, double-knit fabric with a smooth outer surface and a soft, brushed inner layer. Interlock fleece fabric is Manufactured using interlock knitting and brushing processes.

Typically has a GSM range of 200–350. Interlock is composed of 100% polyester or polyester-cotton blends like 70/30 or 60/40. Its structure ensures excellent stretchability (10–20%), high heat retention, and moderate breathability.

Common thread densities range from 190T–320T, with count variations such as 30D, 50D, and 150D. The fabric is available in widths like 57/58” and 59/60”. It is often finished with functionalities like TPU, PU, W/R, and PVC coatings.

Interlock fleece resists pilling and is ideal for activewear, casual clothing, linings, and industrial applications. Wash it at 30°C–40°C to maintain its durability and performance.
