Chanda Rani Debi is a Computational AI Researcher specializing in Graph Machine Learning, Geometric Deep Learning, Explainable AI (XAI), and Spatio-Temporal AI. She completed B.Sc. in Computer Science from International Islamic University Chittagong. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Southeast University's Computational Intelligence Lab. She develops mathematically grounded and interpretable AI solutions for applications in quantitative finance and medical imaging. Chanda has authored multiple research publications, including IEEE Access journal articles. Some of them were presented at international IEEE conferences and received the Best Paper Award (2nd Runner-Up) at IEEE COMPAS 2025. She is passionate about trustworthy AI, graph neural networks, machine learning research, and advancing innovative, real-world artificial intelligence solutions through academic collaboration.
