5. W/B ELASTIC JOIN	Elastic cutt actual mmts size indicated center mark follow during elastic join.	Elastic cutt actual mmts size indicated center mark follow during the elastic join.	Elastic not cut according to mmts, elastic not center mark, not actual allowance
