- Good command of English.
- Well knowledge in fiber, yarn, fabrics, dying, printing, colorfastness, etc.
- Clear knowledge about quality and quantity production of garments.
- Should be hard worker.

- Must have knowledge in computer literacy, especially in E-mail, Microsoft Office etc.
