Measurement Sheet: The measurement sheet contains the precise measurements and specifications for each size of the garment, ensuring accurate production.

Color Overview: This step involves documenting the specific colors and color codes required for the garment sample, ensuring consistency in production.

Tech Sketch: A technical sketch or illustration of the garment is created, highlighting important design details, proportions, and construction methods.

Fabric Details: The specific details of the fabric to be used for the garment, such as type,  composition, weight, and color, are documented.

Drawing Requirements (CAD): If computer-aided design (CAD) is used, this step involves creating and organizing the digital drawings or patterns required for the sample.

Booking Consumption (Marker): The fabric consumption is calculated and a marker, which is a layout plan indicating how to cut the fabric efficiently, is created.

Size Chart: A size chart is prepared, specifying the measurements and proportions for each size of the garment to ensure consistency across different sizes.

Style-wise thread booking: The thread requirements for each specific style or design of the garment are determined and booked accordingly.

PP Sample: A Pre-production (PP) sample is created to ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards and matches the client’s specifications.

Sample order details: All the relevant details of the sample order, including quantity, delivery date, and any specific instructions, are documented for proper tracking and coordination.

Inventory: The inventory of materials, trims, and components required for the sample production is organized and monitored to ensure availability and timely production.

These steps collectively ensure a smooth and organized process in the garment sample section,  enabling efficient production and meeting client requirements.
