Second Step:
After the written test, they took around 3 hours to evaluate the written exam and then took a viva exam.

- How many person you directly supervised
- Which types of products are you doing
- CM of cargo short, Chino long
- FOB price of your product
- How to calculate SMV and CM
- Fabric consumption for basic 5pkt pant
- Cost of softener wash
- Present salary and expected salary
Step 3:
2nd call for Viva

- Why you want to change your job
- Which types of products are you doing
- Which machines have to be used for basic 5pkt pant
- CM and FOB price
- Write down costing of basic 5pkt
- Production leadtime of your order
- How many styles had to be executed per season
- Per season order quantity
