The processing step of bleach wash are as:
1. Washing
Water and garment load

Rise temp for 60o and continue to wash for 20 min.

2. Bleaching:

raise temp. for 800c and continue for 70 min.

Drop the liquor.
3. Neutralizing:
Add water

acetic acid
⬇️
continue to wash for 5 min.
4. Softening:
Add water,
⬇️
softener, wash for 5 – 10 mins.
⬇️
Drop liquor and unload garments
