Recruitment procedure for Merchandiser position at a renowned group at Dhaka Epz

First step:

Written exam held. total mark 60

Question:

3. IQ test —- 10
4. Write down strong and weak points —- 10
5. Write an essay on the future of garments business in Bangladesh —- 20

Second Step:

After the written test, they took around 3 hours to evaluate the written exam and then took a viva exam.

1. Introduce yourself
2. Job Responsibility
3. How many members are their in your team
4. How many person you directly supervised
5. Which types of products are you doing
6. CM of cargo short, Chino long
7. FOB price of your product
8. How to calculate SMV and CM
9. Fabric consumption for basic 5pkt pant
10. Cost of softener wash
11. Present salary and expected salary

Step 3:

2nd call for Viva

1. Why you want to change your job
2. Which types of products are you doing
3. Which machines have to be used for basic 5pkt pant
4. CM and FOB price
5. Write down costing of basic 5pkt
6. Production leadtime of your order
7. How many styles had to be executed per season
8. Per season order quantity
