She has expertise in apparel merchandising, textile manufacturing, and garment production. She graduated with a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Textile Engineering College, Noakhali. She gained practical industry experience through an internship at Amantex Limited.  Shamima also has experience in technical content writing and leadership through various student organizations. She is passionate about textile innovation, fabric technology, apparel sourcing, and sharing practical knowledge with textile professionals and students worldwide.
