| Desizing M:L = 1:5Desizing agent = 1%(d – amylase) Wetting agent = 0.2g/L High penetration and wetting of fibre pH = 6 – 8 Temp =600 Time = 20 min | Enzyme ( bio-abrasion) M : L = 1 : 5 Pumice stone = 20 -150 % Enzyme = 1 % ( cast sol 5N gronules) Time = 70 min PH = 6.5 – 7 Anti-back staining agent = 0.5% ( Sardo clear IOS liquid) Detergent = 1% Time = 5 min Temp = 600 c |
| Backwash Soda Ash = 0.3g / L pH = 9 – 10Temp = 600cTime = 10 min | Additional bleaching ( if necessary) Sodium Hypochlorite = 10 g /L Or Calcium Hypochlorite = 0.5 = g /L Enzyme = 1 % Time = 20 min Temp = 500c pH = 10 | Neutralizing Sodium metabisulphite = 1 -2 g/ L Temp = 500c Time = 10-20 min |
Enzyme washing steps are as:
1. Washing
Water and garments loading add chemicals, raise temp. 600c and wash for 20 min. Drop liquor.
2. Bio abrasion
Load water; add bleaching chemicals and pumice stone, continue for 70 mins. Drop liquor. Again load water. Detergent wash at 600c for 5 min.
3. Back wash
Load water; add chemical; check pH; continue to wash at 600c for 10 min, Drop liquor.
4. Bleaching
Load water; add bleaching chemical; raise temp. at 500c; continue for 20 min; liquor drop.
5. Neutralizing
Load water; add sodium metabi-sulfate, continue washing for 20 min at 500c.
Wash again with fresh water for 5 mins and drop the liquor.
